Complex Freight Requires Precise Coordination

Industrial project cargo rarely fits a standard shipping process. Elevation Transport Services coordinates the specialized carrier, trailer configuration, route requirements, loading plan, site access, and delivery sequence around the needs of each project.

We assist manufacturers, contractors, equipment dealers, auction companies, rigging teams, and project managers with:

  • Manufacturing machinery and CNC equipment
  • Industrial presses, boilers, tanks, and vessels
  • Modular buildings and prefabricated components
  • Commercial HVAC, chillers, and process equipment
  • Crated or skidded high-value machinery
  • Multi-truck and phased project movements
  • Production-line relocations and coordinated plant moves
  • Skids, modules, control systems, and packaged process equipment

When required, the plan can include RGNs, lowboys, step decks, flatbeds, permits, escorts, cranes, forklifts, or rigging coordination. Dates remain estimates and may vary with permits, weather, access, loading readiness, and operating conditions.

Project Logistics Built Around the Entire Move

Specifications & Access

Dimensions, weight, loading method, pickup access, and delivery conditions are reviewed.

Equipment & Loading

The trailer and loading requirements are matched to the cargo and sites.

Sequenced Delivery

Multiple loads can be coordinated around staging, crane availability, installation crews, shutdown windows, and project schedules.

Project Documentation and Load Sequencing

Complex projects are easier to coordinate when the complete equipment list is available before dispatch. Provide dimensions, weights, photos, specification sheets, packing lists, lifting points, securement instructions, and the operating condition of each item.

For multi-load projects, identify which components must move together, which can ship separately, and the order in which they must arrive. A clear sequence helps coordinate trailer types, carrier arrival times, staging space, rigging crews, cranes, and installation schedules.

Pickup and Delivery Readiness

Confirm facility hours, site contacts, gate access, turning radius, overhead clearance, dock availability, ground conditions, and loading or unloading responsibilities at both locations. Disclose restricted access, active construction zones, appointment requirements, and personal protective equipment rules.

Cargo should be ready when the carrier arrives, with loose parts secured and release documents available. If a crane, forklift, rigger, millwright, or operator is required, confirm who will provide that support and when it will be available. Pickup and delivery dates remain estimates.

How It Works

1. Define the Project

Share the cargo list, specifications, locations, loading resources, staging plan, delivery sequence, and timing.

2. Coordinate the Move

We coordinate suitable carriers, trailer types, routing details, staging requirements, and shipment sequencing.

3. Complete Delivery

Each shipment is tracked through delivery, unloading, and sequence confirmation at the agreed safe-access location.

Industrial Project Cargo FAQs

Industrial project cargo can include machinery, boilers, tanks, modular components, production equipment, crated systems, and oversized freight requiring specialized planning.

Yes. We can coordinate multiple carriers, trailer types, and shipment sequences for projects that require phased pickup or delivery.

Equipment lists, specification sheets, dimensions, weights, photos, loading plans, site contacts, and requested delivery sequences help us evaluate the move.

We coordinate suitable equipment such as flatbeds, step decks, lowboys, RGNs, and other specialized trailer configurations based on the cargo.
