Elevation Transport Services coordinates nationwide vehicle and equipment transportation. Customers can request open or enclosed car shipping, heavy equipment and heavy haul transport, construction equipment transportation, agricultural machinery, commercial buses and fleets, generators and qualifying data center equipment.
Match the Transport Plan to What You Are Moving
A standard car, a commercial bus and an excavator need different equipment and loading arrangements. We review the vehicle or cargo, operating condition, dimensions, weight, route and access before coordinating a qualified motor carrier. Availability and the final transport method depend on the actual shipment.
Cars, Specialty Vehicles and Enclosed Shipping
Open auto transport is available for everyday cars, SUVs and pickups. Enclosed service offers added protection for classic, collector, luxury and other high-value vehicles. RVs, boats and other specialty units need a separate review of dimensions, preparation and loading access. Motorcycle-type vehicles are coordinated in enclosed transport only.
Equipment, Commercial Vehicles and Fleets
For machinery, provide the shipping configuration, verified weight, dimensions and a list of attachments that remain installed or travel separately. Identify who can operate or load the equipment and what the receiving location can unload.
For buses, vans or a mixed fleet, provide one record per unit with its identification, condition, location and ready date. Several vehicles at one facility may still need separate trailers or pickup windows. Receiving space and release approvals should be planned before dispatch.
Clarify the Work Included in the Quote
Confirm the transport equipment, loading and unloading responsibilities, access requirements and any separately arranged handling. For generators or data center equipment, transportation should be distinguished from rigging, placement and installation; those responsibilities need to be agreed before delivery.
Personal belongings left in a vehicle should be removed before pickup. Do not treat a vehicle-shipping arrangement as a household-goods or personal-property moving service.
Plan for Realistic Timing and Communication
Give the earliest release date, receiving hours and any fixed business deadline. Pickup and delivery timing is estimated unless a specific commitment is confirmed in writing. Ask how shipment updates will be provided and identify a backup contact at each location.
Request a Shipment Review
Tell us what needs to move, where it is located, its destination and when it will be ready. Include photographs, modifications, access limits and loading assistance where relevant. Our team will review the details and explain the next steps for a shipment-specific quote.
